• Which concerts can I attend?

  You may use your Orpheus Pass for tickets to our New York City performances during our 2021-22 season.

  All Orpheus Pass tickets are subject to availability.

• How do I use my Orpheus Pass?

  Once you have purchased your Orpheus Pass and have decided which concert(s) you would like to attend, please email us or call us at (212) 896-1704 with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Which concert(s) you’d like to attend
  • How many tickets you’ll apply to each concert
  • Your mailing address
  • Your preferred seating area (optional)
    

  
  Your VIP Ticket Concierge will confirm your seats, then mail your tickets or hold them at will call.

• How do I get the best seats?

  All Orpheus Pass tickets are subject to availability, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible to claim your seats.
  

  Please note that seats in Carnegie Hall's First Tier are not available with the Orpheus Pass.

• Can I use all of my tickets for one concert?

  Yes! You can split up your Orpheus Pass however you like.

  For example:
  If you buy a 4-pack, you can use all four tickets for one concert. Or two tickets for two different concerts, etc.

• What is the deadline for requesting concert tickets?

  You may redeem your Orpheus Pass for concert tickets up to 48 hours before each concert.

• Can I exchange my tickets?

  Once you have requested your tickets, we are unable to make any exchanges.
  

• Will I receive my Orpheus Pass is the mail?

  We do not mail a physical membership card. You will receive updates about your Orpheus Pass via email.
  

• Does my Orpheus Pass expire?

  The 2021-22 Orpheus Pass is good through April 30, 2022.

• Can I give my tickets to a friend?

  Yes! Concert tickets make the best gifts. We encourage you to surprise and delight your loved ones with tickets to Orpheus.
